Article 7 of the "Public Rental Housing Management Measures" applies for public rental housing, and the following conditions must be met:
(1) There is no local housing or the housing area is lower than the pre scribed standard;
(2) Income and property are lower than the pre scribed standards;
(3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, he has been stably employed locally for the pre scribed number of years.
The specific conditions shall be determined by the housing security departments of the municipalities and the people's governments at the city and county levels based on the actual conditions of the region, and shall be implemented and announced to the public after approval by the people's government at the same level.
Required materials:
1. "Public Rental Housing Application Form";
2. Copy of ID card or household register;
3. Proof of work income provided by the work unit and Proof of social insurance payment provided by the social insurance agency;
4. Proof of housing situation;
5. Other required materials.
Public rental housing application process
1. The applicant family must go to the construction (housing management) bureau of the district where their household registration is located to obtain the "Public Rental Housing Application Form I" and other related forms.
2. Applicants who fall within the application scope of the "Acceptance Announcement" fill out the "Application Form" and have it stamped by the couple's unit and the family member's unit, and then bring the "Application Form" and application materials to the place of household registration during daily working hours. The District Construction (Housing Management) Bureau applied for public registration.
3. Applicants who have objections during the publicity period shall provide corresponding supporting materials according to the community notice.
4. Applicants who have been reviewed and basically meet the admission conditions shall bring their ID cards, household registers and original marriage certificates to the Construction (Housing Management) Bureau of the district where their household registration is located at the time specified in the "Housing Selection Announcement" for registration. After verifying the original document, sign and receive the "Acceptance Form".
5. The applicant family shall go to the house selection site to participate in the house selection with the "Acceptance Form" in accordance with the provisions of the "House Selection Announcement".
Jining's public rental housing policy mainly protects the "sandwich layer" people. Jining Public Rental Housing Policy According to the "Jining City Public Rental Housing System Implementation Measures (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), although the application conditions for applying for government-led public rental housing still stipulate that the applicant's household registration is Jining's household registration, but In response to the needs of a large number of new workers and migrant workers in Jining, applying for public rental housing invested and constructed by social forces only requires working in the city and signing a labor contract of more than 3 years (including 3 years), professional introduction of talents and continuous payment of three years. Migrant workers who receive social security are also eligible to apply.
Jining Public Rental Housing Policy According to the "Measures", those who apply for public rental housing for social strength construction only need to have a personal annual disposable income of less than 70,000 yuan in the pre vious year, a personal net worth of less than 250,000 yuan, or a family with an annual disposable income of less than 70,000 yuan. You can apply if your family net worth is less than 140,000 yuan and less than 500,000 yuan.
