(2) Graduate applicants submit their resume
1. Fill in your resume. Applicants for graduates should fill in their personal information through the recruitment platform and upload attachments such as the "Xuexin.com" student status verification report in a timely manner to ensure that the information is true, complete and valid. The institution, major and other information filled in by graduate applicants should be consistent with the student status verification report. Relevant information cannot be changed after submission. Please check it carefully before submitting it.
2. Fill in the application unit. From the date of the release of recruitment announcements for each unit, graduate applicants can fill in the application units on the recruitment platform. Each person and each batch of recruitment can fill in no more than 3 volunteers for the company's secondary units (provincial power companies, directly affiliated units). Each secondary unit can choose 2 third-level units (pre fecture-level units) or fourth-level units. Units (county-level units), the deadline for filling in applications shall be subject to the recruitment announcement of each unit. In principle, the application application cannot be changed after it is submitted. (3) Organize recruitment written examination
1. The company’s unified written examination will be implemented in two batches. The candidates and batches to participate in the written examination are determined by each unit. Please refer to the recruitment examination announcement or notice of each unit.
2. The content of the written test includes compre hensive ability and professional knowledge. Compre hensive abilities mainly include language understanding, mathematical thinking, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, situation and policy, power and energy strategy (including basic knowledge such as UHV, smart grid, energy Internet, etc.), accounting for about 20%. Professional knowledge accounts for about 80%.
3. 1-2 weeks before the written examination, each unit will notify the shortlisted graduates to take the examination through mobile phone text messages, recruitment platform site messages, short messages, phone calls, etc. Those who are not shortlisted will not be notified separately.
4. Candidates who receive written test notices from multiple units of the company can only choose to take the written test from one unit. Please choose carefully according to your application wishes. Once you choose your examination pre ference, it cannot be changed. The written test scores are common among all units.
5. The location of the written examination is generally the location of the applicant unit. Candidates are required to follow the recruitment examination announcements or notification requirements of each unit and bring relevant materials to the examination location in advance to participate in the qualification review at the specified time.
(4) Check the written test results. The company will release the written test results within 3 working days after the written test ends. Candidates can log in to the "Personal Center" of the recruitment platform to check their written test results.
(5) Organize recruitment interviews. Recruitment interviews are organized by each unit in accordance with the company's unified requirements. Specific interview arrangements are subject to notification by each unit. Recruitment interviews for directly affiliated units in Beijing are organized by the company.
(6) Announce the candidates to be hired. Each unit shall publish the list of candidates to be recruited on the recruitment platform within 2 working days after the company approves the recruitment list.
